Campaign Fund
ACEC Minnesota supports two political funds. The ACEC Minnesota Campaign Fund backs candidates for state office here in Minnesota. The national ACEC/PAC supports federal candidates for the U.S. House and Senate. Both run on the support of individual members.

Support advocacy for Minnesota's engineering industry.
Minnesota's infrastructure needs are real and ongoing. Meeting them requires engineers at the table when policy gets made, and that requires sustained engagement with the legislators who shape it.
What the Fund Does
- Supports candidates for the Governor's office and the State Legislature.
- Holds fundraisers for key races across the state.
- Identifies and backs new candidates who understand our industry and issues. That work does not stop between elections.
Why It Matters
The Fund runs on member support. Through the contributions of individual ACEC Minnesota members, it raised over $30,000 in the most recent election cycle to support pro-industry candidates. Continued giving sustains that momentum.
The Fund supports candidates on a bipartisan basis. Issues determine that support, not party.

ACEC/PAC
ACEC/PAC is a separate, federally regulated fund supporting candidates for U.S. House and Senate. It is distinct from the ACEC Minnesota Campaign Fund above.
About the PAC
ACEC/PAC is the engineering industry's primary tool for political engagement at the national level. Supported by engineering professionals across the country who work for member firms, its sole purpose is to elect candidates to the U.S. House and Senate who support policies favorable to the engineering industry.
ACEC/PAC is overseen by a committee of PAC Champions made up of engineering firm executives from across ACEC's member organizations and is regulated by the Federal Election Commission. It is currently the largest federal PAC in the design industry. It supports candidates on a bipartisan basis and may give up to $5,000 to a federal candidate per election, and up to $10,000 per candidate per federal election cycle. In the last cycle, ACEC/PAC's winning percentage was 97 percent.
