MTC&E (Minnesota Transportation Conference & Expo) is the annual transportation conference and exhibitor expo that brings together public-sector agencies and private-sector firms for education, networking, and industry updates.
MTC&E runs March 18–19, 2026 (Wed–Thu) at the Saint Paul RiverCentre (175 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN 55102), with Tuesday programming included for registered attendees. Your registration includes Tuesday’s ethics session and the Small Business Mixer.
Tuesday programming includes an ethics session (1:00–3:00 PM) and a Small Business Mixer (3:00–5:00 PM). Both are included in the registration fees. Additionally, the Small Business Mixer is open to all, regardless of conference registration. The ethics session takes place in the upstairs Grand Ballroom, and the Small Business Mixer takes place in the downstairs Exhibition Hall.
Wednesday includes a welcome from 8:30–9:00 AM, a keynote from 9:00–10:00 AM, then continuing education sessions, lunch, and networking from 10:30 AM–5:00 PM. Business casual works for most attendees. Wear comfortable shoes. Conference ballrooms are chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.
The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. In partnership with Visit St Paul, we will adhere to all official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue- or location-specific regulations.
SAINT PAUL RIVERCENTRE PARKING RAMP - 150 WEST KELLOGG BLVD, SAINT PAUL, MN
This parking ramp is directly across the street from Saint Paul RiverCentre and connected via skyway. It is now equipped with new license plate reader technology—making paying for parking more convenient and efficient.
Just drive in — no stopping needed! Cameras at the entrance automatically capture your license plate.
Find a spot and park. No tickets or gate arms to deal with.
Once you're parked, choose one of these easy ways to pay:
- Scan a QR code on signs throughout the ramp
- Use the InUGo app
- Pay at a nearby pay station
- Tip: Take a photo of your license plate or write down the number before heading to the pay station. You’ll need to enter your license plate number into the kiosk when you pay.

DOWNTOWN SAINT PAUL INTERACTIVE PARKING MAP
There are a myriad of parking ramps and lots in the downtown area.
Oversized vehicle parking is not available at Saint Paul RiverCentre. Those in search of oversized vehicle parking, are encouraged to contact the Union Depot Lot D at 651-202-2741 to make arrangements. Parking reservations require 48-hour notification and pre-payment is required. Parking in this lot is subject to availability.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS
The RiverCentre Parking Ramp is equipped with eight electric car charging stations. These level two charging stations offer simple, safe and convenient access to electricity while your car is parked in our parking ramp. Charging stations are located on the top level of the RiverCentre Parking Ramp and are available on a first come, first served basis for paid parkers. Charging fee is $3 for eight hours of charging. The parking ramp is located at 150 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN 55123.

Metro Transit Bus Lines
Saint Paul RiverCentre is easy to access from several Metro Transit bus lines servicing the downtown Saint Paul area. Metro Transit offers an online Trip Planner that allows travelers to create a custom personal schedule to travel by bus to Saint Paul. To do so, enter your starting address and select RiverCentre as your landmark.
Metro Transit Light Rail – Green Line
Saint Paul RiverCentre is located six blocks from the Metro Transit light rail stop servicing the downtown Saint Paul area. Metro Transit offers an online Trip Planner that allows travelers to create a custom personal schedule to travel by light rail to Saint Paul. To do so, enter your starting address and select RiverCentre as your landmark.

Bike Information
As part of Saint Paul RiverCentre’s commitment to being a leader in sustainability, we are proud to offer a multitude of bike parking for riders at a variety of locations around our facility. Our bike racks are made of recycled content and are yet another step in our goal to reduce our carbon footprint and create a setting that encourages sustainable choices. Five bike racks can be found on our campus.
