EEA Plaque Order

It’s time to order plaques for your EEA project! If you have participated in the past, this year should work very similar to last year. Please use this linked word document template, which you will edit and upload through the form linked here (which also asks for a few other details to help to keep track of your file).

Our deadline for plaque orders this year is Thursday, December 18th, 2025. Additional plaques can be ordered at a later date, many firms have done so in past years.

On the attached plaque templates, please only edit these parts of the document:

  • For each plaque you will need to decide if you want your firm name, your client’s name, or both, to be engraved. The order in which these appear on your document will be how they appear on your plaque. You are free to edit the template to list as many or as few firms, clients or project team partners as you would like. There is a limited amount of space for engraving on plaques – it is helpful to be succinct with firm, client and project names. If the submitted text is too long, we will follow up with a shorter proposed text for your approval / edits.
  • Generally, those who order two plaques make one for their firm and one for their client – this is the default layout on the attached template. Alternatively, some firms have previously ordered individual plaques for each client with only one client and the firm listed on the plaque, or they have included multiple members of the design team on their plaques.
  • If you would like to order more than two plaques, please use the additional template page (two plaques are included in the cost of your entry, additional plaques are available for $200). If you are ordering more than 4 plaques, please copy and paste page two of the document for additional templates.

Before submitting the edited plaque template, please save the document with a new file name that includes your firm and project name - an example filename would be “2026 Plaques, ABC Engineering, XYZ Project”. After saving the file as noted, upload it through this link. Please include the additional information requested on the form when you upload the file.
