Softball Tournament Raises Over $3000 for Scholarship Fund

Thirty-Two teams spent Saturday, August 11, participating in the 27th annual ACEC/MN Scholarship Fund Softball tournament in Bloomington. The tournament is held yearly to generate funds for the ACEC/MN Scholarship program.

The scholarship program, which was established in 1980, is designed to provide financial aid to engineering students interested in consulting engineering, educate them about the industry; develop and maintain relationships with Minnesota colleges and universities; and promote continued interest in consulting engineering to past scholarship recipients through follow-up contacts.
