Advocacy in Action
Advocacy is a foundational piece of the work ACEC/MN does. From education legislators to developing white papers to supporting the ACECMN PAC, the association works every day to make a difference for the consulting engineering community.
From defeating the B2B Professional Sales Tax in the 2012-2013 Legislative Session to passing meaningful statute of repose reform to working for better indemnification protection, ACEC/MN’s legislative priorities are as diverse as its membership but all centered around helping your businesses succeed.
There are many ways to support ACEC/MN’s advocacy mission: most importantly is being an active and engaged constituent. Keep your eyes posted for ACEC/MN Legislative Alerts. Join the Legislative Committee. Support the ACECMN/PAC. Join your colleagues at Capitol Consulting Day. All of these are important pieces of the larger strategy and with your help we can move the consulting engineering profession forward.
