Annual Meeting

Tailgating Social Hour & Awards at The Marriott Minneapolis West (Spouses and guests are encouraged to attend) 4-5 p.m. Social Hour 5-6 p.m. Awards presentation 6 p.m. Coach buses depart for Twins Game 6:30 p.m. Dinner – Stadium food vouchers will be provided so you can pick your ballpark favorite when you arrive at Target Field! After socializing with friends and colleagues at our tailgating party, current president Bret Farmer (TKDA) will highlight noteworthy ACEC/MN accomplishments and introduce the 2010-2011 Board of Directors. The 2010 Tom Roche Award winner will be recognized as well as the presentation of the President’s Award and Firm of the Year. New Life Members will be announced and lastly, Bret Farmer will pass the gavel to incoming president Glenn Schreiner (SEH). NOTE: Dress will be casual – feel free to wear your TWINS hat, jersey, etc.

Get your reservations in early so we can secure a large block of seats together. 10 p.m. Buses head back to Marriott (this is the only time buses will depart from the stadium)
